An accompanying digital file (sent via email), including a list of references to the historical records used in the wall print story, images of the records and suggestions for further research.

What types of houses is it for?
The Highlights package is for any house in England, Wales or Scotland built before 1920. The focus may be more on the period post-1800 (for which, more records are available online).
For more in-depth research of an older property - please choose the Comprehensive or Premium House History packages, which include research in local and/or national archives. Or, you could begin your house history journey with The Highlights or the Classic packages, and upgrade to one of the archival research packages at a later date for the cost of the difference in price between the two packages.
Please note that the Highlights package does not provide a full or chronological house history.
Your Highlights house history package presents six interesting highlights of the history of your home, which may include:
Details of when the house was built or its development.
Details of some of the house’s owners or occupants and/or stories of their lives in the house
Local history and events which shaped the house and its occupants.
