This package is for any house in England, Wales or Scotland built after 1920.
For research of a property built before 1920, please choose the Highlights, Classic, Comprehensive or Premium House History packages, which research the history of the owners and occupants of your home and aspects of the building itself.
The Local History Highlights for ‘Modern’ Houses package presents interesting facts about the history of your local area and, where possible, any information available regarding the building and occupants of the house and the history of the land prior to the house.
The final paragraph weaves in the current owners of the house.
